Contest entry forms are available at all AmBank Electronic Banking Centre (EBC) locations and 7-Eleven outlets

* Customer must enclose their original ATM receipt. For security reasons, customers are advised to earmark the account number and latest balance and make a photocopy as a reference.


1.0	Definitions

	For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them except where the context otherwise requires:- "ATM" means automated teller machine(s) installed by AmBank (M) Berhad (‘AmBank’) and/or AmIslamic Bank Berhad for the use of ATM Card through which Customers can perform certain banking transactions and where applicable, includes the automated teller machine(s) of other participating banks of MEPS in accordance to the terms and conditions stipulated in www.ambg.com.my/amonline/info/tnc.asp "Eligible Participants" means individual(s), person(s), company(ies) and corporate or incorporate as stipulated in Clause 3 herein who are AmBank and MEPS cardholder(s), who conduct any MEPS IBFT or MEPS withdrawal transactions via AmBank ATM in Malaysia nationwide during the Contest Period in accordance to the terms and conditions stipulated herein. "IBFT" means Inter Bank Fund Transfer. "MEPS" means the Malaysian Electronic Payment System. "Related Companies" means companies related to the Bank by virtue of Section 6 of the Companies Act, 1965. "The Bank" means AmBank (M) Berhad and AmIslamic Bank Berhad together with any of its Related Companies, as defined hereunder. "The Contest" means the “Ramadhan Lifestyle Contest” jointly organized by 7 Eleven Malaysia Sdn Bhd (‘7 Eleven’) and AmBank in accordance to the terms and conditions stipulated herein.

1.1	Words denoting person shall include and body or persons corporate or incorporate. Words importing the singular shall also include the plural and vice-versa. Words importing the masculine gender shall include the feminine and neuter gender.


2.0	Campaign Period

	The Contest is jointly organized by AmBank and 7 Eleven which shall be valid from 1st September 2008 to 12th October 2008 (Contest Period’) or such other period(s) determined at the sole and absolute discretion of AmBank and 7 Eleven.


3.0	Eligibility

3.1	The Contest is open to all Malaysian aged 18 years and above who is/are new and existing AmBank ATM cardholder(s) and customer(s) of the MEPS participating member banks.

3.2	All employees and immediate family to the employees of 7-Eleven, its associates companies, distributors/ suppliers/ vendors, advertisers, sales agents, promoters and/or agencies MAY NOT participate in this Contest.

3.3	The following persons are ALSO ELIGIBLE to participate in this Contest subject always to the terms and conditions stipulated herein:-.
	(a)	Permanent and/or contract employees of Related Companies (including its subsidiaries and related companies) and their immediate family members (spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters); and/or
	(b)	b. Representatives, vendors and/or agents (including advertising and promotion agents) of Related Companies and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, brothers and sisters).
(Hereinafter collectively referred to as ‘Eligible participants’)


4.0	Prizes

4.1	Contest prizes.

4.2	AmBank NexG PrePaid MasterCard Additional Prizes:-
	4.2.1 The additional prizes are to reward the winners of the Contest who are the Bank’s existing AmBank NexG PrePaid customer.
	4.2.2 The prize categories are as follow:-
	1st Prize - 1 x Sony T-Series Cybershot Digital 8.1 Pixels
	2nd Prize - 1 x Apple iPod Nano 2GB A1137
	3rd Prize - 1 x Puma Watch

4.3	AmBank and 7 Eleven shall have their absolute rights and discretion to forfeit any and/or all prizes won in the event that the respective winner does not possess the AmBank NexG PrePaid Card and/or fails to present the AmBank NexG PrePaid Card requested details.

4.4	The prizes are not exchangeable for cash or transferable, and are subject to the terms and conditions stated therein. AmBank and 7 Eleven reserve the right to change the prize(s) without prior notice.

4.5	Prizes shall be forwarded to the winners within one (1) month from the date of the names of the winners are published at AmOnline.com.my and/or ambg.com.my and/or www.7eleven.com or via such other means or such other date as may be deemed appropriate by AmBank and 7 Eleven.


5.0	Selection of Winners

5.1	All Eligible participants must:
	One (1) AmBank ATM transaction + Purchase any 7 Eleven item at RM3.00 or above in a single receipt = 2 Contest Forms provided; or
	Purchase any 7 Eleven item at RM7.00 or above (below RM11.00) in a single receipt; or = 1 Contest Form provided; or
	Purchase any 7 Eleven item at RM11.00 or above in a single receipt = 1 Contest Form provided

	After receiving the “Ramadhan Lifestyle Contest” form (‘Entry Form’), customers must:
	(a)	Answer three (3) simple questions
	(b)	Write a slogan and complete the details as may be prescribed in the Entry Form
	(c)	Attach AmBank ATM receipt* as proof of transaction(s) and/or original receipt(s) as proof of purchase** at any 7 Eleven outlets in Malaysia enclosed with Entry Form
	(d)	Submit the completed Entry Form at any 7 Eleven outlet in Malaysia

	* Customer must enclose original ATM receipt. For security reasons, customers are advised to strikethrough or delete the account number and the latest balance and make a photocopy as a reference. By participating in this contest, participants agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions. AmBank would not liable for any costs, expenses, claims, losses, liability and/or damages which the customer may incur or have incurred and/or suffer as a consequence of the disclosure of the customer’s account information and/or by reason of the customer’s failure to strikethrough or delete the abovementioned account information.
	** Receipts for purchase of prepaid reloads at 7 Eleven outlets are not acceptable in this Contest.

5.2	Winner will be selected based on the correct answer(s) given in the Entry Form. The contestants with the most creative slogan and correct answers shall win the Grand Prize; the second most creative slogan and correct answers shall win the first and so forth.

5.3	All transactions and decisions as recorded by Ambank shall be final and conclusive.


6.0	General Rules

6.1	AmBank reserves the right to publish or display in any form it deems appropriate (including but shall not be limited to) the name(s), picture(s), identification number(s) and city of residence(s) of the Contest winners for advertising and publicity purposes. By participating in this Contest, the winner(s) hereby consent to and agree that AmBank shall be at liberty to publish their names, pictures, and city of residence and identification numbers for advertising and publicity purposes.

6.2	By participating in this Contest, all Eligible participants consent to and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of AmBank and 7 Eleven and/or the organizers and judges (whichever is applicable).

6.3	There are only two (2) AmBank ATM transactions eligible for this Contest namely AmBank cardholders – Inter-Bank Funds Transfer transaction and Bankcard holders-MEPS withdrawal.

6.4	Photocopies of Entry Form are permitted. Contestants may send as many entries but each entries must accompanied by an original receipt.

6.5	6.5 Entry forms must be placed into the 7 Eleven designated contest entry box at any 7 Eleven outlets in Malaysia. Entry forms sent by courier or Poslaju or via any other mail services to any 7 Eleven outlet in Malaysia will be disqualified.

6.6	All entry forms must be submitted to any 7 Eleven designated entry box before 11pm on 12th October 2008 (‘deadline’). Entry forms submitted after the deadline will be disqualified. 7 Eleven and AmBank shall not be responsible for any damaged or lost Entry Form. Incomplete, illegible and incorrect entries and those without proof of purchase will be disqualified.

6.7	All entry forms will become property of 7 Eleven. All winner will be notified via www.7Eleven.com or by phone or through the announcement in newspapers or by any other means as may be determined by AmBank and 7 Eleven on 30th November 2008. If the winner cannot be contacted via the first phone call, e.g no answer, number not in service, number cannot be contacted, two (2) more phone calls will be made within the next twenty-four (24) hours after the first phone call.

6.8	If the Grand Prize winner still cannot be contacted, 7 Eleven reserves the right to select the next qualified winner as a Grand Prize winner.

6.9	All prizes must be claimed at the winners’ own expense fourteen (14) days from the date of the notification. No claim of the prizes will be entertained after this date.

6.10	All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash.

6.11	7 Eleven reserves right to substitute prizes with others of equivalent value without prior notice.

6.12	Acceptance of the prizes constitutes 7-Eleven and its Agencies’ right to use the winners name, entry form and /or photograph for the purpose of publicity, advertising, and /or trade without further compensation or notice. Winners may also be required to attend a prize-giving ceremony and /or participate in publicity program, if any.

6.13	7-Eleven reserves the right to cancel / alter the contest without prior notice.

6.14	Judges decisions are final and no correspondence will be entertained. By participating in this contest, participants agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions and decisions of the judges.
